• What is the status of my order?

• Can I change my order?

Once your payment is confirmed, all orders are final and cannot be changed. Please double-check before confirming your order!

• Which currency will I be charged in?

All charges are processed in USD.


• Do you offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option?

Currently, we do not offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option. We’ll keep you posted if this changes in the future!

• What if I’m not home?

Not to worry! The courier will provide an estimated delivery window so you can plan to be home or make arrangements for someone to receive your package.


• Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

No taxes will be charged for international shipping—what you see is what you pay!
